Pump tracks are legit, I used to go to the one near me in the morning for a nice workout until the homeless started sleeping on the track.

On today’s ride I forgot my gloves, which threw my confidence off because I have sweaty hands which made my grips slick. I got caught in a bush trying to avoid another rider and went OTB and tore up my right hand because of lack of gloves...tbent a spoke at some other point...still a great ride.

I love really technical stuff. They used to have an area with balance beams and seesaws for bikes. I love slow rocky stuff too.
